Juarez City.- The state Cabinet was made up yesterday by children in the sixth grade of primary school who were selected for their good grades.

These are 42 children who exercised functions in each of the departments, after protesting at an event in which, in addition to the official officials, their parents and teachers were present.

“I wish there were more schools and it would be easier for more children to study,” said Álvaro Holguín Oguchi, from the San Patricio School, who served as the governor’s representative in the North Zone.

Óscar Ibáñez, head of the unit, said that in addition to taking them on a tour of the work, they also met with investors from the United States.

The infants received recognition and their official appointment in auditorium B of the government offices; Later, each one went to his office to observe the work being carried out.

“Today they are being recognized for something they have done so far in their lives, but at the same time it is also a platform for what they are going to do for the rest of their lives,” Ibáñez commented.

He mentioned that behind the good grades of each boy and girl is the accompaniment of parents and teachers, for this reason he also sent a congratulations to them.

The state official pointed out that generosity, teamwork, respect, cleanliness, discipline and punctuality are what allow us to give results as good people in the community and in the world, for which he urged them to continue promoting these qualities.

Maurilio Fuentes Estrada, Undersecretary of Education and Sports in the North Zone, indicated that the purpose of the event is to create an interest in children for being civil servants, in addition to representing an incentive due to their good grades.

“The idea is that they see what each official does, some will want to be in some department at some point; they will realize that to get to a certain place you have to make an effort, that will motivate them more to continue studying,” he commented.

For his part, Gybbbzon Herrera, director of Communication for a day, a student at the Amado Nervo Elementary School, toured the press offices and greeted the media reporters.
