The girlfriend of Oscar Valdez, a 29-year-old Paraguayan arrested for the murder of the City police officer, Maribel Nélida Salazar; She declared before the authorities and gave details of what happened.

Since they did not have money to go to the doctor, he suggested that they take the subway to Retiro, because her aunt was waiting there to give him money and bring him his identity document, so that he could be treated at a hospital.
In this way, both took the Line B subway at the Malabia station in the direction of Leandro N. Alem. When they arrived at the Carlos Pellegrini station, they combined with line C, and got on the train that was going in the direction of Retiro.

The woman, of whom no filial information was provided, managed to hear at least four shots, got scared and began to run, jumped over the turnstile sector, and went out into the street.
The assailant shot the police from top to bottom, the bullet entered his vest above the throat area and pierced his lung.
