CLOVIS, California – A Clovis school employee was arrested Thursday after police say he engaged in sexual acts with a minor.
Police identified the suspect as Estevan Reyes, 32, of Fresno.
Reyes is being accused of having illegal sexual relations and oral sex with a minor.
According to police, the suspect had been a counselor for the Clovis Unified School District since May 2016 and began working at Clovis High School in 2022.
Reyes has been placed on administrative leave pending the outcome of the charges.
They assure that they saw him and did not know that he was reported missing
