With the end of restrictions due to the pandemic, work is experiencing a transition process, with companies wanting to encourage a return to offices.
A recent KPMG study found that for 64% of business leaders globally, work will return to full face-to-face work by 2025.
The problem is that this goes against the will of workers, as 97% of employees prefer to continue working remotely for the rest of their careers.
To talk about the myths and truths of returning to face-to-face work, I spoke today with Cristiano Soares, Country Manager at Deel in Brazil.
