Chihuahua.- The Public Prosecutor’s Office of the Central Zone District Prosecutor’s Office managed to have a Control Judge issue an order linking the process against Denisse Elizabeth OJ, and José Guadalupe ON, for the crime of fraud.
With sufficient evidence, it was possible to prove their possible participation in events recorded on January 28, 2021, where they allegedly sold an ice processing machine to a company, indicating that it was supposedly new, for the amount of 2 million 946 thousand pesos. .
The plaintiff indicated that from the beginning the device worked with faults and when it was reviewed by an expert, he determined that it was not new, but that it had been rebuilt, which is why he proceeded to file a complaint with the Public Ministry of the Investigation Unit of Patrimonial Crimes.
The judge hearing the criminal case considered that the probable responsibility of the defendants was proven and resolved their legal situation by issuing a link to the process, which they will release since the judge took into account that they appeared voluntarily.
