Cuban reggaeton player El Taiger tells details of his most recent arrest in Miami

José Manuel Carvajal, better known as The Taigerwas arrested on Monday, November 27 after giving a cookie to a store security guard Macy’s in Miami, as the reggaeton player himself admitted during a broadcast on Instagram.

The artist confessed that he slapped the employee after a “misunderstanding” over the purchase of a Miami Heat jersey.

According to his version, the security guard asked him for the purchase receipt for the shirt, he said he did not know where he had put it, an argument began between the two and the singer attacked the guard, who did not hesitate to call the police.

However, the reggaeton player played down the matter by saying that his night in the Turner Guilford Knight (TGK) prison helped him get a lot of sleep, and added that the food there is good because now, due to the proximity of Christmas, they are giving out “meat.” to eat in prison.

In that case, bail was set at $5,000 for each charge, for a total of $10,000.

After posting bail, the artist was released, but he chose not to make public statements about the incident.
