Prosecutor Reinaldo Castillo is in charge of the investigation into the death of a child under 6 years of age in Itapúa.
“The boy was observing the event inside a private property, on a curve, in the company of his mother and other people, but when the mobile passed the bridge and went down, it lost the right front wheel, which kept bouncing until it reached the boy.”, said Castillo, in an interview with 730 AM.
He explained that the child is of Argentine nationality and that he suffered a fracture at the base of his skull, which ultimately led to his death.
