The second day of the oral debate that has been taking place since Tuesday in the Criminal Court One of Eldorado for the murder of the farmer couple from Comandante Andresito, Hilario Kirschner (61) and his wife Mirta Sachser (54), an investigation whose only accused to the son of the couple, Alejandro Daniel Kirschner (24), had the statement of six other witnesses yesterday.
One of the most important contributions was that of Reinaldo Kirschner, brother of the murdered farmer and uncle of the defendant who was very hurt by what happened and acknowledged that he still has not overcome what happened with his relative.
A key aspect that he narrated before the members of the court had to do with episodes of violence that the accused exerted on his father. He commented that from the statements of his own brother, he was aware that the defendant had beaten the farmer on several occasions and that this, in the months prior to the double crime, caused great concern in the marriage.
They even admitted to the witness that the couple was very afraid of what the young man could do to them.
In addition, he maintained that his relative had a bad relationship with his father because he did not agree to his father’s requests for him to study a career or work with him on his farm.
In turn, Kirschner commented that he was also aware that his nephew used drugs, although according to him only marijuana.
On the other hand, he commented that he received threats from strangers, although he could never confirm if these intimidations came from the defendant or someone close to him.
Lastly, he stressed that his brother was always a very honest and hard-working person. And he told those present in the room that both he and his brother, based on a lot of effort and work, managed to settle in Andresito in the 80s.

Another relative of the victims and the defendant who testified yesterday was Héctor Kirchsner, the defendant’s brother and whose testimony was to be heard on the first day of the trial, although it later had to be postponed due to the extensive statement given by the defendant.
The witness recounted that he had to return to the province with his partner after living in Rosario for a while and upon learning of the death of his parents.
Not being in the province at the time of the double murder, he did not know how to provide much information regarding the event itself, although he did acknowledge that he was aware that the relationship between his brother and his father was not good.
He also put the defendant’s drug addiction on the table and remarked that the problems between his relatives were generally over money. He remarked that his brother used to constantly ask his father for sums of money and that the use of the family van was also a constant reason for discussion between them.

Already at mid-morning, it was the turn of Eugenio Álvez Do Nacimiento to testify, a well-known tattoo artist from Andresito and who had a close relationship with the accused at the time of the event.
The witness recounted that on one occasion the defendant pawned him a cell phone since he urgently needed cash. And he added that the young man never returned the money, much less removed the device from him.
Therefore, after becoming aware of the crime, the tattoo artist decided to voluntarily hand over the cell phone to the investigations.
Another of the declarants in the debate was Luis Andrés Sapiaginski, a neighbor of the defendant, who was one of the people who was with the defendant the afternoon before the event.
The man maintained that Alejandro Kirschner was at his house for about 40 minutes that day until he asked his friend to take him downtown because he had to meet a woman. And that from that moment he did not know anything more about the defendant.
Beyond clarifying his relationship with the defendant, Sapiaginski targeted the witness Do Nacimiento since he accused the tattoo artist of being one of the local drug dealers.
While the other two stories that were heard yesterday morning were those of Ubaldo Bautista and Aldo Rodríguez. It is a neighbor of the Kirchsners and a member of the Misiones Police, respectively.
Today the trial will continue from 8.30 with the account of six other witnesses.
In turn, the court received formal notification that Mirta Sachser’s sister will not be able to attend the debate because she is undergoing medical treatment. And that furthermore, at the request of the prosecutor Federico Rodríguez, a new witness summoned by said party be called to appear.
