A woman was rescued from the water after her vehicle fell off Pacific Coast Highway into the ocean Friday afternoon.
The video it was recorded from the point of view of the helicopter crew member as he lifted the woman up.
The video shows the helicopter carrying the woman on a stretcher through the air, as waves crash against the rocks below.
In an Instagram post, the aviation unit wrote that ground crews rescued her from the water, then the aviation unit put her on a helicopter to transport her to Los Robles Regional Medical Center for treatment.
