If there is someone who is living a dream it is Gabriel Suazo. The former captain of Colo Colo left for the old continent to join Toulouse in France and has already played three starting matches, winning over fans and good comments from the specialized press.

On the last date, his squad defeated Rennes without problems for a new day in Ligue 1 and, with that, he continued to climb the standings to get away from the red zone. Suazo started and completed a commitment at a high level, leading several statistics in the purple team.

Gabriel Suazo vs. Alexis Sanchez

The season continues in French football and Toulouse wants to reaffirm its good moment and, for that, they will have a tough task on the next date. The cast led by Philippe Montanier will receive Alexis Sánchez’s Olympique de Marseille in a tremendous Chilean duel that can take place at the Stade de Toulouse.

In this regard, it was Gabriel Suazo who brought forward the upcoming match and, in conversation with his club’s official site, he pointed out that, against Rennes, they got “three very important points just before playing against a great team like Marseille . But the duel will be at home, with our people, which is a plus point. We hope to do it the same way. We must recover, to get to that game well. We will look for the three points”.

The confrontation between the two squads also comes at the best moment of Alexis Sánchez in the Olympic squad. After playing a great game that meant the elimination of PSG in the French Cup and after converting a brace against Clermont, El Niño Maravilla arrives on fire to challenge the defensive fence that, possibly, could have the one formed in Colo Colo on the left wing.

Toulouse FC and Olympique de Marseille will face each other, for date number 24 of Ligue 1, this Sunday, February 19, starting at 4:45 p.m. in Chile. If they win, Gabriel Suazo’s team could even climb to ninth position in the standings, while Alexis’s squad seeks to distance itself from its pursuers and not lose track of PSG.
