Ubisoft+ Multi Access for Xbox Consoles: 60 games available at launch
In September 2019, Ubisoft launched its subscription service for Windows PCs, followed quickly by implementation for Stadia and Amazon Luna. Then in January 2022 the announcement: “in the future” Ubisoft+ will also be made available on the Xbox Series X/S and Xbox One, but there was no date for availability. Players with a current Microsoft console can now book Ubisoft+ Multi Access for EUR 17.99 per month. The company charges a surcharge of around three euros compared to the subscription on the PC, which costs 14.99 euros. However, Ubisoft+ Multi Access expressly only offers a selection of the entire games catalog on the Xbox. A look at the library shows that the company currently lists around 60 titles that are available for Microsoft consoles. This includes well-known game series such as Far Cry, Assassin’s Creed, Rainbow Six, The Division and Watchdogs, and many premium editions and DLCs are expressly included. On the PC and Amazon Luna, Ubisoft offers around 40 more titles in the subscription, but at the moment there is only general talk that the offer on the Xbox should grow steadily. In any case, part of the offer is that new Ubisoft titles should also land on the Xbox from day one.
