Fortunately, there are already leaks with details on what to expect for Genshin Impact 3.3 and 3.4.
Genshin Impact: Release dates for upcoming banners
1) v3.3 (December 27, 2022)
There are only four days left until the second phase of Genshin Impact 3.3, players should have a lot of primogems (essential gems), as we will have Raiden Shogun and Kamisato Ayato will be released in two separate banners along with their weapons (Engulfing Lightning and Haran Geppaku Futsu) .
As per the announcement made by HoYoverse, each phase of the 3.3 update will last 21 days. That is, phase 2 will end on January 18, 2023, precisely on the date that Genshin Impact 3.4 will be released.

2) v3.4 (January 18, 2023)
HoYoverse is ready to kick off 2023 with a major update. In Genshin Impact 3.4 we will have a new region, a new main event, new characters, some re-releases and more. Fortunately, we already have leaks of some things.
It is known that in the first phase of update 3.4 we will have two new characters in a banner, including Al Haitham and Yaoyao. The first character mentioned has had several appearances in Sumeru’s history and is believed to have five stars. Yaoyao will be a character controlling the Dendro element and will have four stars.
As we will have the Lantern Rite event in Genshin Impact 3.4, we will have many characters from Liyue. That’s why the character Xiao will be alongside Al Haitham in the first phase of the update. Already in the second phase, we will have the relaunch of Yelan alongside Hu Tao, according to the leaks.

Hu Tao is a Pyro character (picture element) who uses a spear that is highly anticipated by players. She hasn’t appeared since November 2021. Now, HoYoverse has finally decided to bring her along with the Liyue Festival.
In short: AI Hatam, Xiaomi and YaoYao will be released in the first phase of Genshin Impact 3.4, which debuts on January 18th. For the second phase we will have Yelan and Hu Tao, who will arrive in a banner on February 8th.
