The Executive Power appointed Carlos Liseras by decree as the new head of Conajzar.
The Ministry of the Interior, the municipalities, the Governors, the Directorate of Charity and Social Aid (DIBEN) and the Treasury have their representatives in Conajzar.
In the case of the Treasury portfolio, Carlos Augusto Liseras Osorio took over from María Galván del Puerto, by executive decree and will be the new head.

This, because, according to article 5 of Law 1016/1997, Conajzar depends on the Ministry of Finance, whose representative must preside over it.
The Conajzar must prepare and approve the specifications and conditions, for the games of a national nature, make the call for public bidding for the concession of the games, the award of the games bid; the calculations for the distribution of the fiscal cannons, and the proposal to the Executive Power of the people to be designated as officials.
The games regulated by Conajzar are: gambling casinos, pools, bingo, instant and deferred lottery in its various modalities, the general distribution raffle throughout the country, the racetrack, lotto and sports betting.
