Eleven years ago, on February 11, 2012, Superstar died Whitney Houston at only 48 years old. She was found lifeless in the bathtub of her Beverly Hills hotel room.
But their music lives on. Now there’s a new song Whitney recorded when she was just 17! Hear the previously unreleased track exclusively at BILD!
At the tender age of 17, the great Houston had already been a singer for a few years: she made her first music recordings at the age of 14! What followed was an incredible world career (more than 200 million records sold, six Grammys). No wonder with THIS fabulous voice.
Not all of Houston’s recordings have been released throughout her career. The album “I Go To The Rock: The Gospel Music of Whitney Houston” will be released on March 24th. Previously unreleased gospel songs by the soul diva can also be heard on it.
The first single from the new Houston album is the song “Testimony”. You probably don’t know the song yet!
Her estate believes the recording was made on July 5, 1981, when SAKB Productions hosted an “An Afternoon of Gospel” concert starring 17-year-old Whitney Houston.
With how much strength and soul she shows her talent there is simply unbelievable – and shows once again what kind of talent she is great singer lost the world when Whitney Houston died. (imu)
