Rauw Alejandro releases “Playa Saturno”, his new classic reggaeton album

SAN JUAN – Puerto Rican reggaeton singer Rauw Alejandro released his new album, “Playa Saturno,” this Friday, which he said pays homage to classic reggaeton, and assured that it will transport listeners “directly to the beach with every note.”

“I decided to make this album for all the fans of classic and modern reggaeton, especially for my people from PR 10000%%%%% perreoooooooo!”, expressed the artist on his Instagram account.

He also said that “Playa Saturno” “has a bit” of his other past three albums, “Afrodisíaco”, “Vice Versa” and “Saturno”.

“I’m still working on ‘Saturno’, an album that is very special to me, where I was able to experiment and play with other musical sounds, a project that has also allowed me to travel around the world,” Rauw Alejandro highlighted in a post on Instagram at the time of Launch your new production.

He explained that while he was on his “Saturno” world tour, “I couldn’t stop thinking about summer, a season that keeps many of my memories and adventures close to the beach in Puerto Rico, where music always accompanied me in all these experiences.”

In turn, the artist made an analogy by saying that being away from home “really is like living on Saturn”, because he felt nostalgic and with little time to work on his new album, which contains 14 songs and various collaborations, including them, one with the Spanish Miguel Bosé.

Other guests are Ñejo y Dálmata, Jowell y Randy, Ivy Queen, Bizarrap and regional Mexican artist Junior H.

“I also want to thank all the artists who were part of it! I’m a fan! I admire and respect them a lot. It’s an honor to have them in this project,” said Rauw Alejandro, nominated for several Latin Grammys, Tu Música Urbano Awards, and Premios Juventud.
