TIJUANA- After the murder of his son Osvaldo, barely 15 years oldJosé Rodríguez, known as the clown Garrita, went with his family this Wednesday morning to the forensic medical service in Tijuana to carry out the necessary procedures and be able to say goodbye to the pertinent proceedings.
They assure that after the events that occurred last Monday night, the family is devastated after being another victim of the wave of violence that is taking place in the city.
“Words could not express the great pain that one feels as a father when he sees the life of his own son lost in his own hands,” said Osvaldo’s father.
Rodríguez said that he never imagined that going out to work with what he considered “his right hand man”, his 15-year-old son Osvaldo, would end in tragedy.

“One sees it on television and says it is a screen, but one would never think that it would happen to one in these cases,” he added.
Known as the clown Garrita, Rodríguez was entertaining a children’s party in the Colinas de la Mesa neighborhood last Monday night, when the shots were heard.
His children, Osvaldo and his twin brother, were on the sidewalk and the bullets hit one of them.
“Unfortunately, when we all entered a moment of sanity, reflecting on what had happened, unfortunately a bullet had hit my son. He was his partner, since they were born they were together and if someone here is devastated, I can tell you that he is my son, ”Rodríguez commented.
According to the state attorney general, Ricardo Carpio, the investigation is still ongoing around this fact, but he affirmed that it was a direct attack that is related to other events that occurred in the area.
“He is obviously a victim, we believe that there is a situation of this type of crime in the close circle, because the attack was direct and because the data collected forensically indicates that it is connected to other cases that have occurred, with four other events that have occurred. in the same area, where the close circle has to do with criminal phenomena related to drug sales,” according to the prosecutor.
For Rodríguez and his family, today their trust is in divine justice.
They claim to be people dedicated to their work and their family, who are now living firsthand what they consider to be collateral damage, a nightmare from which they cannot wake up.
“We want to expedite this process to be able to have a quiet moment and be able to mourn our son and be able to say goodbye as it should be,” the father pointed out.
So far, they said that they received support from the public to cover funeral expenses and also from the authorities to clarify this crime that took away one of their children.
