According to Ukrainska Pravda, the letter was also sent to Ukrainian Prime Minister Denîs Shmihal and the Office of the President of Ukraine.

The document presents the necessary reforms in order of priority: 0-3 months, 3-6 months, one year and 18 months.

The reforms focus on the functioning of the Supervisory Boards of state-owned enterprises, anti-corruption bodies (the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office, the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine, the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption, etc.), the Superior Council of Magistracy and the judicial system in general.

Reforms in the work of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine and all law enforcement agencies are also listed as priorities for one year.

The Donor Coordination Platform was launched in January 2023 to support Ukraine’s recovery and reconstruction.

The first meeting of the Donor Coordination Platform was held via video conference. The event was attended by senior officials from Ukraine, the EU, the G7 countries and financial institutions such as the European Investment Bank, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, the IMF and the World Bank.
