A recipe to open the summer and ice cream season

With this recipe, we kick off the ice cream season. You never imagined that doing it would be so easy.
With three simple ingredients and in a couple of steps you will have a spectacular ice cream at home. You can change the dulce de leche for another ingredient, some blended fruit, for example, and it will be amazing, super fresh.

Dulce de leche 600g
Condensed milk 150g
Milk cream 500cc
Process
- Beat the milk cream together with the condensed milk up to 3/4 point. Let it take consistency.
- Add the dulce leche and with the help of a spatula, mix well.
- Take to the freezer for 3 hours.
- Remove from the freezer and beat with a hand mixer for 2 minutes so that it is well aerated.
- Place back in the mold and take to the freezer for at least 8 hours.
