• Demonstrate that the land is ready to have basic services (no pay slip required).
Remember that you will have from five to 15 years to pay the credit, as long as the term you choose, plus your age, is not more than 70 years.
How to process it?
• Enter our online banking My Infonavit Account (micuenta.infonavit.org.mx).
• Identify the amount of your credit in the option “Process my credit> Prequalification and points”.
• Take the course “Know more to decide better”.
• Select the appraiser who will carry out the appraisal and the technical opinion of the land you chose.
• Integrate the file with the requested documents and fill out the credit application.
• Register your credit at your nearest Infonavit Service Center (CESI).
