A man is said to have threatened a kiosk operator with a knife on Sunday evening. According to the police, the operator was able to wrestle him to the ground.
At a armed robbery of a kiosk Two men were injured on Schwarzbach Street in Wuppertal. According to initial findings, a 23-year-old man had the 34-year-old operator of the kiosk on Sunday evening around 9 p.m with a knife threatened and asked him to give him money, police and prosecutors said on Monday.
This was followed by an argument in which the operator was able to fix the 23-year-old on the ground until the police arrived. Both men were slightly injured in the fight. The 23-year-old was arrested and brought before the magistrate. (with dpa)
