Only a few days separate us from the premiere of Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumaniathe Marvel Studios movie, which is about to hit theaters, and which, according to its creators, is ready to completely shake the Marvel Cinematic Universe in its Phase 5 and beyond.

In it we will see several characters who return to the screen, as well as some new faces face off against Kang the Conqueror of Jonathan Majors, and that is why the followers of Marvelthey are eager to see where their individual stories of each of their protagonists will go in this first encounter with the new multiversal enemy.

That is why the actress Evangeline Lillywho plays Hope Van Dyne/The Wasp, talked about that future and said that ideally it would involve a film of her own, says that she is ready for a solo project of The Wasp. This comes after the actress previously told Variety that she thought it “might be time” for a standalone Wasp film.

“When I started, I was like, ‘No, no, no. Ant-Man and the Wasp, they’re a duo. They’re so good together,’ Lilly revealed. “Three movies later, I was like, ‘Okay. Okay. We did it. Come on, I want some time to tell a story.'”

It should be added that another hypothetical MCU sequel that Lilly has championed is a possible movie of A-Force, which would hypothetically unite all of the franchise’s heroines into a single narrative: “Yeah! I’d like to be in it,” Lilly said in an interview with CinePop late last year. “I wish it would happen. That day we did the scene in [Avengers:] Endgame, where it was just us, was the most special day I’ve ever had. Maybe it was related to the most special day I’ve ever had to shoot a Marvel movie.”

Now it remains to be seen how the film unfolds and where it ends, since several interesting theories have circulated on the networks, but next week, our doubts will find an answer in theaters on February 16.
