Eintracht Frankfurt apparently has good cards to keep loan player Ansgar Knauff on board beyond the season. According to information from ‘Bild’, Knauff recently exchanged views with those in charge at Borussia Dortmund, where his contract only runs until 2024.
BVB did not show Knauff the desired prospects, so a return to Dortmund seems to be the B solution for the 21-year-old winger. The ‘Bild’ names five million euros as a possible transfer fee for a permanent Eintracht transfer.
Clubs from England are said to have recently expressed an interest in Knauff, but the lead to the island is not hot. In Frankfurt, on the other hand, efforts are being made to sign the German U21 international. And the chances are good. It’s all about the fee now, according to ‘Bild’.
