Last January, the 71st edition of Miss Universe took place in Louisiana, United States, where RBonney Gabriel, Miss USA, became the winner and was crowned Miss Universe 2022.

For the 72nd edition of Miss Universe, Noelia Voigt will be in charge of representing the country of stars and stripes.

The United States is the country that has won the most crowns in the contest with a total of nine editions wonincluding RBonney Gabriel’s victory earlier this 2023. The first winner was Miriam Jacqueline Stevenson, who became Miss Universe 1954.
