The Police attend a fatal accident with a motorcyclist reported at around 5:45 pm this Sunday at Baldorioty de Castro in the direction of Carolina towards San Juan.
According to preliminary information, the driver identified as 52-year-old José A. Caraballo Marcano was speeding when he lost control. Immediately after, he hit a metal fence and then a vehicle.
The police report indicates that Caraballo Marcano had an expired license as well as the documents for his blue 2001 Suzuki GSX model.
