The neighbors of the area where the man who murdered and dismembered his wife lived, do not leave their astonishment at such a chilling crime.
Along Venetian Rd in Delray Beach where William Lowe has apartment #4, according to police, those who live and work in the area have only one reaction: “OMG!!! How can you do that? As?”
For this neighbor what happened was disconcerting, Wagner Knut, who lives in the area, says:

The victim, the suspect’s wife, who was found dismembered and her parts inside various suitcases and bags, was identified as 80-year-old Aydil Barbosa Fontes. This gardener remembers her as a good woman.
Armando Ramírez, who knew the victim, says: “We came here to work at the condominium, the lady was very good people, whenever we arrived she greeted us with very good cookies and very good cookies and a very good person. William Lowe, 78, faces charges of first degree murder and abusing a lifeless human body. He pleaded not guilty. His lawyer has a different description of him.
