“It is anachronistic to think that the right and ability to carry out a nuclear attack is exclusive to Washington”he concluded.
The North Korean foreign minister’s statements came amid increasingly frequent missile tests, nuclear submarine drones and even a spy satelliteall signs of a strengthening of the regime’s arms, which has shown that its pulse does not tremble when it comes to pressing the red button.
