Ies Dawns Uncertain”, is the name of the first book by Samuel Forey, our correspondent in Jerusalem. Samuel was in Egypt in 2011 at the time of the revolution that led to the departure of President Mubarak. He covered the battle of Mosul, Iraq, in 2017. A report that won him the prestigious Albert-Londres prize. In Uncertain Dawns, he recounts war, revolution, death but also waiting, boredom and hope. To listen to Samuel is to listen to the whirlwinds that have been shaking the Middle East for decades. His book, published by Grasset, is an intense and moving story. Samuel passed through Brussels, we did not miss the opportunity to open our microphone to him.
