PHILADELPHIA – A gunman is in custody after shooting several people, including a child, in Philadelphia Monday night, according to police.
Police said the shooting occurred in the area of the 5700 block of Warrington Avenue, though there are several scenes related to the shooting. While police indicated there were multiple victims, including at least one child, the exact number or the health conditions of the people have yet to be released.
Police also said the man who fired the shots was taken into custody and a gun was found. The identity of the man has not yet been released, nor has it been confirmed if other suspects were involved.
