After 5:00 p.m. this Wednesday, January 18, a confrontation broke out between members of the Peruvian National Police (PNP) and a group of protesters in the city of Macusanicapital of the province of carabayain Fistleaving as a balance, at least, three deceased people.

Information provided by the San Martin de Porres Hospitalrefers that, at 6:20 p.m., the body of Sonia Aguilar (35) entered the emergency service of this hospital, with a bullet wound to the head.
Later, at 6:50 p.m., he entered Solomon Valenzuela Chua (30) with a gunshot wound to the back, his prognosis is guarded.
Information from the place indicates that there are at least three deceased.

PROTESTS IN PUNO
On Wednesday morning, residents from different districts and communities in the province of carabaya gathered in the capital of this jurisdiction to demand the resignation of Dina Boluarte.
The spirits “heated up” when a part of the protesters attacked the headquarters of the Judiciary and then the Police Station. In response, law enforcement officers fired into the crowd, injuring some of them and killing others.
The shots continued for several minutes, until nightfall. The law enforcement officers had to leave the police headquarters and be rescued by a helicopter that flew over the area for some time, until they were rescued.
After 8:00 p.m., and before the police station was abandoned, the protesters set it on fire.
At the close of this edition, both the police station and the headquarters of the Judiciary were on fire.
