PlayStation VR2 is available from February 22 in shops and for the occasion, Capcom will release a new Resident Evil Village update, this update includes the VR mode which makes the survival horror fully playable on the new Sony viewer for PS5.
Resident Evil Village VR mode is available as free DLC from 22nd February, coinciding with the launch of PlayStation VR2! Play all Resident Evil Village with PlayStation VR2! Play as Ethan Winters and experience the thrills, excitement and killings of the village and its parade of creepy characters!
In a few hours, therefore, the update will be downloadable by all owners of Resident Evil Village and Resident Evil Village Gold Edition on PS5Capcom has also released a demo of Resident Evil Village VR on the PlayStation Store, also available starting February 22nd.
Resident Evil Village VR also includes the new VR Tutorial and Shooting Range modesthe first allows you to try the functionality of the Sense controller by hand while Shooting Range is ideal for becoming familiar with the aiming and shooting system in Virtual Reality.
It’s unclear if the new Resident Evil Village update will also deliver improvements and fixes to the base game or if you will just unlock the DLC to play the game in Virtual Reality on PlayStation VR2.
