'Romina' and excessive violence / The other side

RCN in the fictional fight wins for three powerful women: Claudia Bahamón, Paola Turbay and Margarita Rosa de Francisco. It shows, once again, that women are the power of our television since they set the tone, touch and flavor to the stories.

This story has been told thousands of times, as it is Alexandre Dumas’s novel ‘The Count of Monte Cristo’. This story was written in 1844, but it is still a story to tell our dramas since it talks about what we need most: justice. And he sells it in the form of revenge (of the good ones).

Romina expresses the boar side, talented and creative to make the world. In the actresses there is seduction and angel. Juanita Molina as the protagonist puts him tumbao and convinces.

The only recognized star is Zharick Leon. The good thing is that it’s bad. She is ‘The Don’ that everyone thinks is a man, but no, she is the boss of the mafia. Zharick embodies that unseen evil.

On the other hand, in the actors, everything is wrong. Young villains who create their lifestyle through violence and make life miserable for ordinary people. Actors who play their bad characters in attitudes and gestures from a bad movie: how evil they act! When will there be subtle performances for the villains?

In addition, once again it is verified that the Colombians are not even good for the soap opera, since we have to bring a foreign lover. She acts halfhearted, but she’s a pretty face.

To do justice, an “unreality” is presented: a policeman saving the world (only he does it for “love”), and a “reality”: the owners of the law are the criminals. In acting, all very little credible.

The story follows easily, we know what the end will be. But there is so much gratuitous evil, physical violence and grotesque language that we are thrown off the screen. Excessive violence sends one running.

And it is that we are fed up with the news where everyone is villainous and violent.

Perhaps, if we played subtlety and told the stories in a more everyday way, both in heroines and in villains, we could follow the stories more joyfully. Perhaps the rating has been low due to an excess of scenes of gratuitous violence and the absence of more joyful situations to watch. The bad guys could be less wicked and malevolent.
