We advise you not to go to this Small Camp located east of Floo Flame “East of the North Ford Marsh” and even less to open the cage if you have not yet accepted this quest.

Otherwise, if this is your very first time dealing with this encampment and you have Garnuff’s quest.
Head north following your compass to arrive at a Small Bandit Camp. All you have to do is eliminate all the poachers once you arrive at the camp, then head to the large cage containing a whole bunch of Mooncalfs. Use Alohomora (level 1) on the lock to free them, and get ready to capture Biscuit with your Capture Bag. Locate it by paying attention to its name at the top of your screen (Biscuit the Mooncalf), then stop its race with Levioso before taking out the Capture Bag.
Then you just have to go back to Garnuff in Hogsmeade to give him back his little animal and thus complete the quest. You will receive an equipment skin for your good deed.
