A start of fire in the sector of the roof of a private house set off the alarms this afternoon in Posadas, but fortunately the occupants were able to get out in time giving way to the firefighters who put out the flames and canceled all the risks. It happened after 7:00 p.m. this Saturday at an address on Sargento Cabral and Eugenio Ramírez streets.
According to the first data provided by police sources, the alert was issued through 911, so the uniformed officers went to the home and spoke with Agustín P. (34), who stated that moments before he was with his 62-year-old mother. years and noticed that the roof was on fire.
“In the place there were no injured people, only material damage in the area of the roof of the address mentioned,” the sources issued, mentioning that a crew of the Central Firefighters controlled the flames, which did not generate great damage.
In any case, they required the presence of the Scientific Police Directorate to carry out the tests and determine the cause of the accident, which at the moment was not reported.
