LEA – your profile
LEA’s real name is Lea-Marie Becker and she was born in Kassel. At the age of 15 she begins to write her own songs on the Plattform YouTube to upload. She now has 595,000 subscribers there. In addition to her early successes, LEA studied music and special education in Hanover.
The hits of LEA
In 2019, LEA achieved what many older artists dream of: number 1 in the German charts. Because her strong voice can be heard on the song “110” by Capital Bra and Samra. The video has now more than 71 million views!
Two years earlier, she had made it into the charts with her song “Where do you want to go?” (2017). The remix with “Gestört aber GeiL” climbed to number 11 in the German charts. In the same year, her song “Leiser” stayed at number 13 for three weeks.
