As reported by judicial sources. the decision was made by the judge Marcela Garmendia al considers that there are no procedural dangers for the process to proceed in freedom.
The woman is accused of fraud and according to what was indicated was her lawyer Marcelo Pena who requested his release. It was also indicated that they imposed as a measure psychological and psychiatric treatment.
According to official sources, it all began in January of last year when the victim received a call from Banco Galicia where they assured him that he had a debt with the entity. However, the man had canceled the cards of that bank and that is why he went to the Ensenada branch, where they told him that he had requested a loan for $738,400.
In this context, the staff began to investigate and was able to determine that the credit had been taken out by one of the employees. For this reason, the victim went to file the corresponding complaint with the DDI.
Faced with this situation, last Tuesday a search was ordered at the suspect’s house and three cell phones, a desktop computer, a notebook, clothing and a credit card in the name of the scammed were kidnapped. With this scenario, the troops proceeded to arrest the woman for “defraud.”
