Along the same lines, he added: “I was opposed to leaving at all times. I threw myself to the ground and four of them wanted to grab me. He called the patrol car and it took 10 minutes or so to come. All the neighbors were assisting me”.
As a consequence of the attack, Natalia said that she has “a bruise on her leg, my crotch is scratched, my baby is hit on the back, because they hit her with iron. They broke windows, doors.”
Lastly, he clarified that they have already presented all the corresponding papers to the police and as he assured, “from the other party they say that they have the purchase-sale ticket.”
A police source linked to the case confirmed that there are proceedings initiated with statements taken from both parties in conflict.
Those named in the complaint showed papers that would indicate a purchase operation. According to the investigator, a woman also appeared who said she was a direct relative of the person who would be the owner of the company that owns the property and is outside the country. The policemen gathered the testimonies with the papers that were exhibited before the ninth police station and sent everything to the prosecutor’s office, which in the next few hours would move forward with measures in the case.
“It is not the first time that this house has usurpation problems,” warned the investigation consulted by this newspaper, who also hinted at a lawsuit in Courts that affects that property.
