Messi from Rosario arrived at the party at 9:50 p.m. dressed in a white T-shirt, behind the wheel of a gray Audi Q8 car, along with his wife, Antonela Roccuzzo, who wore a silver dress, in the passenger seat, while their three children and nephews were in the back seat.
Messi’s family also participated in the party: his mother, Celia Cuccittini, and his brothers Rodrigo and María Sol, who arrived in two other cars. After them, the ex-volante of Newell’s and the national team, Maximiliano Rodríguez, also entered the event room.
Messi rented the Convention Center in a closed celebration and forbidden to the press, to the extent that the Casino building was surrounded with a double fence from noon and they even closed its main access, which overlooks Oroño boulevard, in front of the highway Rosario-Buenos Aires,
“Today we have a private event. There are no press accreditations. Journalism cannot enter the complex on the day of the date,” an employee of the Casino told the Rosario newspaper La Capital.

The party was animated by the group La Mosca, author of the classic song “Muchachos”, and by Los Palmeras, the cast that played at the wedding of Messi and Antonela Roccuzzo and that had also been held in this space.
Numerous fans of the national team dressed in Argentine jerseys, from Rosario Central and Newell’s Old Boys crowded this afternoon in front of the entrance to the party, on Moreno street, and observed behind the metal fences the entrance of the guests, who were received by security employees dressed in a black T-shirt with an inscription on the back: “World Champions”.
Messi had appeared in public for the last time on Tuesday night, when he attended the 15th birthday party of his niece Mora -daughter of his brother Rodrigo- and the fans of the Argentine team crowded in front of his car at the entrance to the Barrancas party hall, located in the La Florida neighborhood, in the northeast of the city of Rosario.
Messi will spend the weekend with his family at his house in the Kentucky gated community, located in the city of Funes, in the west of Gran Rosario, where he will spend the New Year and New Year holidays, and will travel on Monday in his plane to Paris, where on Tuesday he must return to train in Paris Saint Germain.
