The madness of the first episode has not yet passed as The Last of Us teases us with weeks of horror to come.

This January 16, fans of The Last of Us (see our review) were able to enjoy the first episode of the HBO series, already available on Amazon Prime Video at no extra cost. After the first chills, and the first tears, we can’t wait to discover the rest of the episodes which will arrive on a weekly basis. Until next Monday, HBO gratifies us with a detailed trailer, which teases weeks of horror filled with infected and difficult choices.

8 episodes are yet to come, and they will strictly follow the plot of the first game The Last of Us. Knowing that Neil Druckmann, the creator of the franchise, works together with Craig Mazin, we can expect a lot of loyalty and a lot of emotions, as in the chapter unveiled this week.

Those who are already up to date know that the first episode ended with Joel, Ellie and Tess running away. The couple also learned that the young girl tested positive for the pest fungus infection, but showed no particular symptoms even after 3 weeks. Ellie is therefore special and it only remains to find out to what extent and for what reason.

So here they are in the wild, where our heroes can be attacked at any time by creatures that have almost nothing human left. HBO has many altercations in store for us with zombies more real than life but also with clickers, these famous undead with such a particular noise. He alone is enough to freeze our blood.

Where to watch The Last of Us and at what time?

The entire series will only stream on Prime Video after Amazon strikes a deal with HBO. The firm has also recovered a lot of Warner and Discovery content and will offer it from March via the Warner Pass, offered at an additional cost but we do not yet know at what price. A treatment that does not impact The Last of Us. The bravest will take their troubles patiently because the next episode will be broadcast at 3 a.m. in France, simultaneously with the United States.
