Before its release on May 12, Nintendo unveils a final trailer for The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom.

“You are our last hope”: this is the catchphrase of the trailer posted on Twitter by Nintendo a few days before the official release of the new Zelda opus. In a video of almost four minutes, the mythical hero of the saga, Link, gives the final details on his new adventure.

Ten minutes of play had already been unveiled a few days ago to make fans even more languish, who have been waiting for this new opus for a long time. The first announcement dates back to June 2019, where The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom was still unnamed.

Nintendo Switch’s most expensive game

This latest trailer mostly shows that Zelda’s iconic nemesis, Ganondorf, is back to bring Hyrule Kingdom to shreds. This new opus is considered by Nintendo as a direct sequel to the last game in the saga, Breath of the Wild.

“Magnificent”, “legendary”, “the greatest license in history”: on Twitter, fans have already let their joy and impatience to discover this new game burst. Available from May 12, The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom will be offered to French players at 70 euros, a rare occurrence for a video game offered on the Nintendo Switch.
