Mexico City.- Adán Augusto López, Secretary of the Interior, assured that, after the resolution of the Supreme Court of Justice against the so-called Plan B, there is nothing left but to go to the polls to execute the so-called Plan C, announced by President Andrés Manuel López Obrador as a call to vote against the opposition.
This Monday, the majority of nine ministers voted in favor of invalidating the first part of the electoral reform, considering that there were defects in the legislative procedure for its approval.
In response, the head of Segob attacked the constitutional court, which he accused of protecting private interests.
In addition, he considered that the judges who voted in favor of invalidating the reform passed over the decision of Congress.
“The Mexican people seek to regain confidence in their institutions, but the Court decided to continue protecting particular interests. Nine ministers went over the democratic will expressed by the popular representatives. There is no other: Plan C at the polls,” he called.
The Morena presidential candidate resumed the phrase used by the Chief Executive, on March 27, in which he openly asked to vote against the conservative bloc.
“There is a Plan C, that they are not thinking that everything is over,” López Obrador said.

– “Well, do not vote for the conservative block, so that the transformation continues: not a vote for the conservatives, yes for the transformation, that is Plan C and we already applied it in 18”, he released.
The expression was the reason for a complaint before the electoral authorities, who forced the President to withdraw the expression from his official accounts.
In response, the President made a call to “not vote for the corrupt.”
