A family living in the United States complained about the quality of service in Cuban restaurants in that country and stated that “there is not one where they treat you well.”

On her TikTok account “Diane_Life” she tells of her experience when she tried to eat one of the famous Cuban sandwiches from South Florida, and concluded that she was about to “not go to any Cuban restaurant here in the United States, because there is no Cuban place.” where they treat you well. How hard it is for people to treat you well,” he emphasized.

She says she is an avid lover of island food and went 20 miles out of her way because she wanted a Cuban sandwich. She arrived at a restaurant at 10:51 minutes; but when she asked for the breakfast menu they told her that it was not available because lunch time started at 11:30 am.

However, an American family sat at the next table at 11:01 am and was handed the lunch menu by another waitress.

When the Cuban family asked why, the waitress said that the restaurant opened for lunch at 11:00, not 11:30 as she had previously been informed.

Although the juice the family ordered and the Cuban sandwich “were good,” the woman complains about the lack of coordination between these establishments.

“They are going to make me stop going to Cuban restaurants because they make me feel like I am in Cuba again. The atmosphere, the things they are in, that includes the treatment, damn it,” he lamented.

In this regard, he indicated that these restaurants complete the experience and make you feel in the Cuba from which they wanted to escape, where there is no culture of customer service, nor ambition, nor spirit of competitiveness.

Recently another Cuban resident in Hialeah stated that can’t find good services as a customer in your community and should go and enjoy the business of other immigrants established in Florida.

The video with the complaint was shared on Leo Brito’s Instagram profile. In his statements, this person assures that the service offered by Cuban restaurants in Hialeah is not always the best. He invited Cubans to open their minds and care more about how they serve their public.

“When I want to be treated well, I go to a Venezuelan, Colombian or Peruvian restaurant. I am tired of the bad manners and poor customer service in Hialeah. It is not an opinion or an experience. To be treated well I have to go to another community “, he stated.
