On the last day of hearings of the trial for the crime of Fernando Báez Sosa, which occurred on January 18, 2020 at the exit of the Le Brique nightclub in Villa Gesell, this Wednesday there were moments of tension at the exit of the Courts of Dolores.

The parents of the eight defendants were insulted and attacked by a large number of people who, three years after the murder, went to support the victim’s parents on the third anniversary of the crime.

Quickly, and at the same time that the lawyer Fernando Burlando was speaking to the press, the defender of rugby players, Hugo Tomei, and the relatives of the accused left the Courts of Dolores guarded by the Buenos Aires Police.

Upon seeing them, the people who were in the place began to insult and attack the mothers of Blas Cinalli and Ciro and Luciano Pertossi, among others.

“Murderers”, “justice for Fernando”, “scoundrels”, they shouted at those who could not walk due to the harassment.

Then, they began to push them and even tried to open the door of the car in which they were traveling. The police had to intervene to guard them and thus they were able to leave the area.
