Juarez City.- Elements of the Mexican Army belonging to the Ninth Motorized Cavalry Regiment and the National Guard (GN) seized two men on Sunday afternoon who allegedly had in their possession 13,560 doses of ‘crystal’, a synthetic drug that they had hidden in the trunk of a car, reported personnel from the National Defense Secretariat (Sedena).

The federal elements patrolled the Carlos Castillo Peraza neighborhood, and on the streets of Puerto Tereso and María Teresa Rojas they stopped the driver of a black 2012 model Chevrolet Camaro, with Chihuahua A99 SBG6 license plates, because he assumed a nervous attitude.

They are Fabian Alejandro CH, 19, and his companion Mario Alejandro RV, 21, both from Ciudad Juarez.

When subjecting them to a review, they found five packages and a transparent bag containing the ‘crystal’ doses, for which they were arrested and taken to the facilities of the Attorney General’s Office (FGR).
