However, what seemed to be a quick visit ended in a domestic disturbance, after Kailey attempted to force her way into her father’s room because she heard and allegedly saw a woman’s legs.
Allegations against Levy
According to journalist Tanya Charry, the police were at the residence for around 90 minutes, taking statements from the young woman and her mother.
Elizabeth pointed out that, although they were separated, it was still her home and that she hoped her ex-partner would respect the place and her children. He claimed that Kailey managed to see a woman’s legs when she tried to enter the room.
“This is my house and there is another woman with my ex. She (Kailey) saw a woman and she wanted to know who it was, obviously he is under the influence of something,” said the actress.
“I saw the girl, I saw her legs running and she said ‘I’m not like your mom,'” added the teenager, who also explained that her father prevented her from entering the bedroom with a light push that did not hurt her.

Later, the agent pointed out that there were no women in the place and that only the domestic employee was there.

Conflict rises

He added that he is not sending money for the child’s support either. “I’m living with what my family is giving me because he was just like: ‘get out of here, give me the car keys’. I’m with a rental car, that’s the situation, I’m out now.”
Likewise, she alleged that she does not answer the Cuban’s calls because he allegedly only calls her to verbally attack her.

The police helped Gutirrez pick up some things from the house and advised her that if she felt threatened or harassed by the father of her children, she should request a restraining order, something she refused so as not to affect the actor’s image.
