The alleged bank workers told the woman that she had won a coffee pot and they gave it to her, but the scam was just beginning, because part of the process to give her the gift consisted of taking pictures of her INE and her Banco Azteca card.
Later, when the account holder went to her nearest branch, she realized that her almost 300,000 pesos had been stolen from her account at Banco Azteca.
According to what Carlos Jiménez, the red note journalist, confirmed, the case is already being investigated by elements of the Mexico City Attorney General’s Office (FGJ CDMX).
