As of today, 41.3% of Internet users in Mexico use dating apps. In other words, we have stopped needing our friends to be cupids, since it is precisely these apps that function as our digital cupids.

However, there are still people who, rather than installing a dating application, prefer to flirt online. social networks like Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp.

Although it is true that Tinder, Bumble, Grindr, Badoo or Hppnn are platforms designed to flirt, not everyone is interested in downloading a dating app, which is why they have decided to use their own social networks to do so, but… what? Which one do you use the most?

According to the study “Love in the times of telecom-2023” carried out by The Competitive Intelligence Unit (The CIU), the social network that Mexicans use the most to flirt is nothing more and nothing less than Instagram. Did you expect it?

It is 50.9% of Internet users who use Instagram to flirt, in second place is WhatsApp with 47.2% and finally Facebook with 39.4%.

On the other hand, as we have mentioned in La Verdad Noticias, 41.3% link via apps, 11% via phone calls, 6.4% via email and 4.1% via SMS.
