The Ukrainian Armed Forces have been using German Panzerhaubitze 2000 self-propelled howitzers since mid-2022. An artillery unit has broken the shooting record.

Rheinmetall, the maker of the Panzerhaubitze 2000, states that the barrel of the howitzer should be replaced after 4,500 rounds. However, an artillery piece in the Ukraine has fired 20,000 rounds.
This was revealed by Armin Papperger, head of the company. He did not specify how much accuracy drops when the number of shots exceeds several times the barrel’s life.
