About the new building

The “Education and Learning Building 4” is the second building completed within the framework of the infrastructure development provided for by the Masterplan prepared in agreement with the National University of San Martín (UNSAM). It has a covered area of 3400 m2 on two floors, with 20 classrooms of approximately 100 m2, which allows receiving a total of 1000 students. It also has a large central space for multiple uses, an office and service spaces.

The Demand for classrooms to respond to rapid growth in student enrollment motivated a quick construction design, with a modular structure that allows adapting the spaces according to the needs of the institution. In addition, it adopts the criteria of environmental sustainability with which the UNRaf Campus is built as a whole, which contemplates the use of renewable energies, among other characteristics.

The UNRaf Campus, located on a 10-hectare property on National Route 34, in the southwest of the city of Rafaela, is one of the most important works in the history of Rafaela and the Region for its architectural scale and for its institutional projection.
