Sinaloa.- With toy long weapons, “bulletproof” vests made of cardboard and helmets, children on a rural road in Sinaloa, where they play at being hitmen and setting up a checkpoint.

The video was recorded by an adult and spread on different social media platforms.

In the recording it is observed that one of the infants asks the driver where he is going, and he answers that the pantheon.

“Ah, well, come on in then,” the boy answers.

A woman in the car asks them which cartel they belong to, while another passenger celebrates the game and tells them:

“Pura Mayiza!”, in reference to the criminal cell led by Ismael “El Mayo” Zambada, one of the leaders of the Sinaloa cartel.

“In Sinaloa, children no longer aspire to be a doctor or an architect,” users lamented when commenting on the video in which three children are seen disguised as hitmen.
