Since the beginning of the day on February 10, units of the State Emergency Service have carried out 168 movements to eliminate the consequences of the bombardments”, they added.
According to the Ukrainian Air Force on Telegram as well, it succeeded in destroying twenty Iranian-made Shahed suicide drones on Friday evening.
Russia talks about negotiations “without preconditions”
In an interview with a television channel, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Verchinin said the Kremlin was “ready” for negotiations with Kyiv, but “without preconditions”. “We have already said that we would be ready for such negotiations. But only negotiations without preconditions, on the basis of the reality that exists (…) taking into account the objectives that we have expressed publicly”did he declare.

Moscow denounces call to ban Russian athletes from 2024 Olympics
Russia on Saturday denounced the call to ban Russian athletes from the 2024 Olympics, the day after a meeting at which Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky called for such a measure.
“The attempt to dictate the conditions for the participation of athletes in international competitions is absolutely unacceptable (…) We are currently seeing an undisguised desire to destroy the unity of international sport”, reacted the Russian Minister of Sports, Oleg Matytsin, quoted by the Russian press agencies. On Friday, Volodymyr Zelensky estimated that the presence of Russian athletes at the Paris Games would be “a sign of violence and impunity”.
Volodymyr Zelensky meets members of JP Morgan
Ukraine’s president has met with several members of JP Morgan bank, he said on Telegram on Saturday. “We discussed creating a platform to attract private capital to rebuild Ukraine,” as well as “large investment projects in Ukraine, especially in green energy, IT and agricultural technologies”, said the Ukrainian president.
At this meeting, the leader also said that Ukraine could join the European Union in two years, reports the Meduza news site (in Russian).
